Made it to Chile…

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the delay in posting, but Bolivia is not known for its fast or abundant internet! I am currently in San Pedro de Atacama in northern Chile after several days of remote riding across the Bolivian Altiplano and will be getting some new posts up today. Thanks so much for all the great comments and encouragement!

Hi Lenny, Glad you are in Chile. Was a bit concerned that you shouldn’t run out of gasoline. I knew that you were in the remote area and didn’t expect to hear from you for a few days. Glad all went well and waiting for the posting, just as everyone else is.

Want to thank Melinda for thinking of me as a Mom. It is not easy but I know that Lenny thinks before he does stuff………even if i don’t always agree with his thinking. I don’t want to bore everyone with my thoughts, because I love to talk Melinda……I am a natural worrier. Thanks for your offer to Lenny to stay with you if he is in Panama. Was wondering if your son is also adventurous?

Lenny, be well and be safe. Love ya, Mom

      Hi Arlene,
I’m a worrier too and it makes my son crazy sometime. But I know you have to let them do what they enjoy. Yes my son is adventurous as well but not as much as Lenny.
I have enjoyed Lenny’s journey and photography so much and pray that he is safe everyday though out his great adventure.
We plan to be in Panama till at least Jan 2012 and if he comes back this way my husband and I will provide him with a place to stay, meals and of course a few beers.

      Melinda
